Cindy Sheehan

Yeah, I'm sure everyone knows this woman. Her story, in a nutshell, is her son joined the military and was killed more than a year ago in Iraq while fighting for and defending freedom. Now, thanks to the left leaning media in our country, she has gotten a free ride to the front page and main story of the news across the nation.
She started by protesting outside PRESIDENT Bush's ranch in Crawford, Texas demanding the President meet with her...AGAIN.
She's been made the hero of those weak-kneed anti war people for no good reason. See, I look at it this way: The media and the liberals in this country have been trying to convice the rest of us that this war is wrong. So far they have failed at it because they havne't got much in the way of facts and actual reality.
Mother Sheehan is not the best person to put on this pedistal. If she had a reason to do what she's doing that is one thing, and like many others, I do realize she lost her son in a war that, let's be honest, nobody wants but is long overdue, but the fact is regardless of that it gives her no right or special place in the world to make such stupid demands of our President. She's flat out DEMANDED that we leave Iraq so the terrorists cna claim victory there.
This woman has called out President a lying bastard, she's said the biggest terrorist in the world is George W. Bush and one of her 'fans' has written a letter to a newspaper and said they would be happy if Osamah Bin Laden came to America and slit Bush's throat.
This is wrong.
I'm sick of this and I'll be the first to tell Mother Sheehan she needs to stop disrespecting her sons memory and his bravery by making a royal ass of herself. She claims PRESIDENT Bush killed her son by sending him off to war. I guess she forget he joined out VOLUNTARY military. She also forgot the whole purpose of the military: To go places and destroy things and kill people. It's a tool used by our leader to protect whats right in this world. Her son made the choice to join that elite group of Americans and as sad as it is he paid the ultimate price. It that wrong? Hell no. See, I have unlimited respect for our military and those who have fallen in battle should be honored, not disrespected like this or lied about like Michael Moore and his brain dead ilk have done.

It used to be if you spoke in the way these maggots are speaking now during war time, they would be considered traitors and silenced as communists. I'm thinking it's time we go back to those days. All this crap about descent being patriotic needs to be stopped as well. It's bullshit. Where was this new form of patriotism in the 90's? Where was Michael Moore when then President Bill Clinton bombed Iraq?

All I'm trying to say here is people like Mother Sheehan need to realize the people in the military KNEW they could be sent off to war and anyone who says different is either fooling themselves or tremendously stupid. The best way to honor our fallen Brave Soldiers is not by protesting the war and calling otu PRESIDENT a murderer or liar, it's by remembering them and honoring their CHOICE to join the most elite military in the world so they could defend "human freedom against...ruthless terrorist organization(s) determined to rule the world."

It's sad her son is dead, but the things she is saying about our PRESIDENT more than a year later, and after she's already met with him once are uncalled for and make her a prime target for honest criticism.
