Well, it's certainly been a while since I've posted here. I'm sure all you anti-business protesters out there thought I'd gone away like you are used to people doing. Sadly, for you, I'm not like them. I don't back down from a bunch of bullies, liars and cowards.

Speaking of COWARDS...as you may know, I sent a letter to the 'mayor' of this loony bin of Portland, Oregon and got the following in response:

In consideration of the consistently disrespectful tone of your emails, please do not anticipate a response to them.

So, what this means is, AS A VOTER, I'm not allowed to question this guy. He treats criminals like saints and saints like shit and we are just supposed to take it.
I questioned him on his inability to control Kevin and his terrorists, I called him on his support of ILLEGAL CRIMINAL ALIENS (on this I'm angered about him calling those of us who rightfully stand against his day laborer camps RACISTS), and I've expressed my annoyance on his allowing the homeless to infest this city.
This, my friends, is disrespectful.

Ignoring federal laws, legal businessmen, and calling voters racist isn't.

Makes sense in a liberal loony bin like Portland.

Of course, he feels he doesn't own the voters of this city any explanation. He's not running for re-election. You know, this guy is acting EXACTLY the way he has claimed President Bush acts. What a dork. The guy grows a beard and suddenly we're supposed to forget all the stupidity we've been put through because of him.

Of course, the only person seriously running for mayor in this city isn't much better. Anti-business freak Sam Adams isn't the guy I want running my city either.

It's still early, but wouldn't it be fun to have the name Schumacher on the ballot?

The Mayor who doesn't work

This is Portland, Oregon. We have a mayor, his name is Tom Potter. He supports the rights of anti-business protesters, illegal alien scum-bags, homeless scum-bags, and to an extent terrorists.

This week, we'll talk about his support of the anti-business protesters. He and the city council, with people like Sam Adams and Randy "smokers have no rights" Leonard, have refused to put a collar on the people from In Defense of Animals, you know them as the anti-business wackos who forced the Schumachers to close their completely legal, totally legitimate business because they are all about themselves and their terror-like tactics.
Tom Potter is now allowing these nuts to harass 2 more stores, Nordstroms and Nicholas Ungar Furs. They are targets because they happen to sell clothes that happen to be made of fur.
BIG DEAL!
Here's a bit of history: The Pacific Northwest was build, in part, on the FUR TRADE! Hell, the INDIANS hunted and killed animals for their fur. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH WEARING FUR.
So, I've emailed our so-called mayor and basically demanded he do his job and defend businesses against these psychos.

Here is what I said:

I'm writing in reference to the continued 'protests' by the people from In Defence of Animals. These are the same people the City of Portland allowed to ruin the Schumacher's fur store. They are now in front of the Nordstrom and Nicholas Ungar Furs every Saturday with their offensive and obscene signs, blocking the sidewalks (again) and forcing their rather close-minded anti-business views on everyone who has to pass them by.When is the city of Portland, lead by you, our so-called Mayor, going to do your jobs and actually uphold the law? When are you going to tell these people to tone down their actions and leave these completely legal businesses alone?I know the popular defence for these people is 'they have rights,' well, what about the rights of the businesses who sell furs? Last time I checked, Mr. Mayor, selling and buying furs was NOT against the law. The employees and customers have just as much, if not more, right to sell and buy furs without these people terrorizing them with their outrageous lies and obscene signs.As a taxpaying citizen of this city, I expect something to be done. But, considering you are the Mayor of the illegal alien and the Mayor who doesn't believe in Anti-Terrorism I honestly don't expect anything to be done. But, I plan on questioning you and making my voice heard every chance I get. Something must be done and it's YOUR job to do it. Start defending the laws and the rights of these businesses! You ignored the Schumachers and allowed these people to win and destroy a Portland staple, your continued refusal to put these people in check is only allowing them to do more and worse.
As a TAXPAYING and VOTING citizen of Portland, I want something done about this. Then you can begin to apologize for your offensive remarks against those of us who are still against your Illegal Alien job camps and begin to get them out of this city. You also need to get those beggers and bums off the streets, as a tourist destination city these people are embarrassing and need to be taken care of.

Now, I don't expect Potter to actually do anything, he's got as much of a backbone as a jellyfish. But I think I will continue using this blog and my wonderfully friendly and open-minded opinions to fight the good fight. Unlike Bluejay and his jolly band of loonies, I won't force my opinions on others. See, I actually RESPECT the rights of others. They don't. If they did they would shut the hell up and get jobs.

Fur Free Friday?

Yeah, I know, sounds really stupid but that's what the so-called 'animal rights' nutjobs have dubbed the day after Thanksgiving. They like to parade around their cities, making asses of themselves and annoying normal people with they anti-business, anti-fur, pro-vegan BS and hope we all decide to be ignorant fools like them and actually believe their crap.

And make no mistake, this isn't just about fur here. This is why I've made these monkeys my pet project as it were. These people are mostly what are called Vegans. A vegan is someone who claims to be against using anything that any animal was used in any way to produce. They don't eat eggs or cheese since an animal was used to produce them in some form or another.
(naturally this makes no sense when you consider the fruits and veggies they like to eat mostly come from farms...farms that fertilize their crops with MANURE which, of course, is made by animals.)

These people, unlike normal veg-heads who won't eat meat and are content with it, seem to want to force all of us to be like them. Yes, MILITANT VEGETARIANS! The world doesn't have enough morons trying to run our lives for us.

So, they pretend to care about the animals and like to insult and lie about things like the fur industry and the meat industry. They like to say that ALL the animals used for fur and food are mistreated. This, of course, is a LIE. Hell, Matt Rossell, one of these monkey's leaders, admitted that they generalize and even admitted to me that not all fur farms and farms in general mistreat their animals.

He'll admit it but they won't change their tactics to target those places that need to be fixed and have these things treated better before they are made useful. No, rather these nuts like to lie about these industries completely and try to brainwash people into thinking all of them abuse all their animals all the time...which is not true, of course. No, they would rather lie and try to get the fur industry shut down and the meat industry shut down so we can all look like sick, bone thin animal loving hippy-freaks.
Sorry, but there is one person who won't buy into your crap and I think we all know who that is: ME.

I like eating meat. It's NORMAL and it's NATURAL. Our teeth are made for eating BOTH plant and flesh. There is nothing wrong with that.
Man has been wearing fur since we lived in caves. It's a long standing tradition and there is nothing wrong with that either.

*side note: anyone who compares the fur and meat industry to slavery is pathetic and ignorant. To compare slavery, a world-wide HUMAN embarrassment to some stupid animal is the mother of all insults and anyone who makes these ignorant remarks should be backhanded like a spoiled step-child*

I say it's time we normal people and those who are under attack by these lunatics fight back. Here in Portland the city refuses to protect those under attack. This is wrong.
They throw paint, we should too. They spit and cuss, we should too.

They walk by, we trip them. Simple and fun.

Measure 50 - DEFEATED!

I just wanted to take a moment and say how great it was to know that there are actually people in this state that understand that taxes are NEVER the way to fund ANYTHING and that our 'leaders' need to start doing the few things they never seem to want to do:
CUT spending and TAKE and pay-cut!

Measure 50, the horrid bill that would have forced smokers to pay for the health care of children FAILED. I'm glad to say that I also voted against this.

Naturally, the tax and spenders aren't finished, they are hellbent on forcing the poor to pay for the health care of children whose parents make more money.
And here's another thing: All these numbers these people like to toss about, these thousands of 'poor children' who are living without insurance...I have to question this. How many of these children are here illegally? How many of these kids have parents who are breaking the law simply by being in this country and why the hell should WE be forced to pay their health care? They want to do everything 'under the counter' let them get their health care the same way!

That time of year again!

Well, it's Thanksgiving again and while it's normally a great holiday and the day following is the busiest shopping day of the year, the day after has also become something more, something worse:
Fur Free Friday.
This is when all the ignorant, business hating, so-called animal 'rights' plant eating losers harass the stores and people who sell and buy fur coats.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), In Defense of Animals (IDA), the Animal Liberation Front (ALF) and other assorted groups of brain damaged hippies will scream and annoy those of us who simply want to buy things.

Now, here's the thing: These people like to scream "WE HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND EXPRESSION!!!" they think they have the right to do what they do but the fact is they don't. The freedoms they claim to have only go so far. They are impeding on the freedoms of those who want to buy and sell fur coats and in many other cases, MEAT. They will shout out anyone who disagrees with them because THEY have the freedom of speech but YOU don't.
THEY have the right to take away YOUR right to express yourself through your clothes. Sound fair? Yeah, hardly, right?

Here's how you deal with them: LAUGH AT THEM. Show them you don't give a crap what they think and you won't buy into their outdated, anti-business, anti-human lies. The simple fact is the animal rights/anti-fur movement is more about terrorizing people that caring about animals. They get their kicks by forcing people out of jobs, scaring old ladies and children, walking around half naked and swearing at everyone who dares to stand against them.
That last part I know for a fact, they tried many things to get me to shut up, calling me a racist, animal hater, one who loves child porn and all sorts of crap that has nothing to do with animals but simply shows they have no argument and no real reason for making pains of themselves.

IGNORE those little fools who parade half naked and claim to love animals!

Remember: PETA kills more animals a year than they 'save' kind of makes you wonder what 'ethical' means to them.
And as for IDA, In Defense of Animals...well, we here like to call ourselves IDEA: In Defense of EATING Animals! I'm looking forward to slicing that turkey open and feasting on the juicy meats! You don't like it? Want me to stop? MAKE ME!

So the Protesters are smart?

Alright, I'm not done with this yet, not by a long shot. This little ignorant rant I recently posted by one of Blue Jay's Bird-Brains got me thinking, which is something these people never do, and I've decided to throw their words right in their hateful little faces.

These people like to say they are rational and have never acted indecent or intimidating towards anyone. These people are like Democrats. They say and do the dumbest things and then have the nerve to deny them as though we have no way to recount what they've said or done.

So, the protesters never bother anyone...mmm-hmmm...well, this picture shows Matt Rossell, the former leaders of these wanna-be terrorists following 2 elderly customers of Schumacher's Furs across the street spewing his anti-business and anti-fur ignorance at them. They eventually got away from him but this is clearly harassment. Oh, and lesse, warm coats, Matt's wearing a hat yet in his arms he holds his young child which he forced to endour the cold weather so he could 'protect the animals.' I guess stupid animals are more important than a child, but we all know the animal 'rights' crowd doesn't value human life in the least.

Then we can discuss the PUBLIC NUDITY wherein these screw-balls were all but naked on public streets. Of course you'll see in the link they like to wear masks to cover their faces...much like those nice people on the news who like to cut the heads off innocent people. This is to say nothing about the fact these people are the very reason we should wear fur. Saggy bodies and floppy hooters, they look like road kill and should have been treated as such. But again, it's alright to be indecent as long as it's for the animals. It doesn't matter that young children may see this disgusting display. No, it's all about the animals.

And speaking of these things I have to say these animal loving freaks are complete HYPOCRITES. They scream and chant and claim to care about the welfare of the animals but it seems that they only care about animals that are raise for their fur (nothing wrong with that, animals are a renewable resource) on the other side of the world, far be it from them to actually go to China and protest, but here in our very own city of Portland, Oregon (loonyville, use) we have dogs and cats forced to live on the street because their owners are pathetic, useless homeless scum who have no interest in the health of their animals. These poor things live in squalor and yet these protesters don't give a damn.

Until they fix this problem they are nothing more than loudmouthed blowhards who are full of it.

Is everyone in this state retarded?

Okay, so we know the animal loonies are retarded, I mean we received a response here defending Kevin as being a good person...yeah, one who hates business and actually walked around in public wearing a speedo! Yeah, along with the other flabby breasted chick who was topless...yeah this was because they would 'rather go naked than wear fur' with any regard to those of us who HAVE EYESIGHT!

But we have a mayor whose completely retarded, along with the people in city hall who like to make up stupid rules like 'you can't smoke outside' and make your house 'green' or we'll charge you more!
We also have a Senator, Ron Wyden...this shouldn't surprise anyone that he's a DEMOCRAT, probably the dumbest people in politics these days. He was also one of the Dumbacrats who threw a fit over the remarks of Rush Limbaugh of which I remarked on here. Now, naturally, I had to email this fool and set him straight. I sent him this email:

I understand you were part of the letter sent to Clear Channel in response to remarks made recently by Rush Limbaugh. Let me add remarks taken out of context and perverted by Media Matters, MSNBC, CNN, along with you and your friends John Kerry, Hillary Clinton and others.
I understand you have taken to wasting my time and money by taking part in a personal attack on a private citizen who criticized a person who claimed to be an Army Ranger but who, in fact, never made it out of boot camp.
We have to many actually issues to deal with, furthering our success in the War on Terror, preventing illegal criminal aliens from continuing to break our laws, LOWERING OUR TAXES and so on...but you and your fellow liberal friends actually have the nerve to attack Rush Limbaugh for simply calling a spade a spade?!
I'm demanding that you renounce this action and apologize not only to Mr. Limbaugh for the personal attacks you and your friends have taken a part in, but I demand an apology to myself and the citizens of Oregon who you supposedly represent for wasting our time and money with this stupidity.
Your actions are an embarrassment to yourself, me and my country. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I really wasn't expecting a reply but just today, more than a month later, I received this from our rather pathetic U.S. Senator:

This is cute. It's also a load of crap! Let me explain what this letter was and this is not a load of crap:
This letter represents the very first time in U.S. history that our Congress actually attacked a private citizen for remarks HE NEVER MADE. This was the very first time our 'leaders' mentioned the very name of a private citizen in an attempt to silence him. Make no mistake, this letter was an attempt to muzzle Rush and get his show removed from the air. Of course, and as usual, the Democrats fail to accomplish this...much like they've failed to accomplish ANYTHING since they 'won' the election. Mr. Wyden's remarks are insulting and also show his inability to actually get the facts on things he knows nothing about. Rush has NEVER, and I repeat, NEVER said anything ill of our soldiers.
Lesse...who has actually trashed the troops? THE DEMOCRATS!!! They have compared our troops to the Nazis, the gestapo, John Kerry (who was in Vietnam, by the way) actually said our troops were terrorizing innocent people in Iraq. Herry Reid, famous for proclaiming the "war is lost" has done much damage to the troops, and numerous other DEMOCRATS have trashed the troops for years and nothing has been said. Rush mentions ONE PERSON who, by the way IS A PHONY SOLDIER! This jerk never even made it out of boot camp and he went on to claim he was in Iraq and committed horrible acts while there.
The only reason this happened is because the left latched on to this jerk and found out he was also a phony...much like everyone on the left.
Now, Mr. Wyden seems to think everyone in Oregon is retarded like him and those who voted for and continue to support him and people like him. This is not true. Rush NEVER attacked the troops, NEVER said anything unpatriotic about them and no one can say different because this is simple fact.

I find it funny how the left always cries that their patriotism is being mocked, when it isn't, yet they will charge head first to question someone else's when they are so very wrong. What a bunch of morons!

Well, as is the norm here, when-ever I get a response from someone who disagrees with me and shows it with complete stupidity, I like to give them the floor...to a point, and then point out how stupid they are. In reponse to the looney protesters shutting the doors on Greg and Linda I think its wonderful. Whoever wrote this article must be related to the Schumachers. Your IQ surely shows with this article. Linda and Greg schumacher bought all their fur from China. If anyone took a look at their fur collection you would see that its says made in China. So don't say no one does does business with China. They pratically own the world in imports. If you were educated you would know that 85% of the worlds fur comes from China.So what if the shumachers had a legal business it was time for them to close their doors. If you are going to sell fur Greg and Linda then you better beware of the consquences selling it.It's about time that people are educated on the brutal killing of the fur industry. I have a college degree have a good job and I am educated.I went to the schumacher's protest and I am not a looney freak like you think we all are. It doesn't matter anyways. I will also be at the next protest in front of Nordstrom's. Just because it's legal selling fur doesn't make it right. People have had enough of greg and Linda. You talk about freedom of speech we as protesters also have the right to freedom of speech. We have never harassed the schumacher's. Okay, now besides the obvious stupidity here, which pretty much covers the ENTIRE rant, let me take this apart and show this kid how the big boys play...

Hmm...well, if never having been paid by, asked for support from, contacted by for support from or ANYTHING from the Schumachers means being related to them...well, you really need to learn what related means. This blog is not now, has never been and will never be part of the Schumacher's store or ANYTHING. My involvment with this started by being annoyed with you 'protesters' when you chanted 'MURDERER!' at someone who walked out and back into the store then chanted 'SHAME ON YOU!' to me when I walked into the store to find out what this crap was all about. Basically and quite honestly, I supported the Schumacher's position in this because they were doing nothing illegal and were not hurting anyone...let me repeat that NOT HURTING ANYONE by selling fur coats to people who wanted them. I saw a group of vulgar, obnoxious, obscene punks, hippies and, quite frankly, assholes who were overstepping their place in this city. I support MY views and MY opinions, the Schumachers happened to be in the right here and I saw noone was helping them and figured I'd do my small part.

I think more than 20 years of animal rights freaks getting in the business and lives of normal people is enough. Get a life. And here's an interesting tid-bit: The Pacific Northwest, back in the day, had one major industry: THE FUR TRADE. It was the backbone of this part of our country. And it really wasn't time for them to close their doors, if it were then it would have happened NATURALLY, not due to their customers and employees being taunted, followed, video taped, screamed at, and treated like some low-time protester.

When you protest with your sick signs and half-truths you aren't practicing freedom of speech, you're forcing others to listen and that is not covered in the First Ammendment. You have the right to say what you want, you DON'T have the right to be heard.

"We have never harassed the schumacher's." This is the biggest lie and largest load of activist crap I've ever seen on this blog. You've harassed the Schumacher's, their employees, their customers, their friends, the places they considered moving to and people simply walking down the sidewalk. Don't say things like this here because I won't allow your lies to go without pointing them out.

Shouting taunts at him about where he was moving his store and following him to the end of the block. Gregg simply walked out of the store and said NOTHING to Kevin. How do I know this? I WAS THERE so don't give me this Kevin is an angel crap because I've seen him and the rest of you do what you do and it's disgusting.

"Do us all a favor go in hole and hide." Nah, I think I'll stick around because you need to learn that not everyone is as lame in the head as you are. I know you people like to try to 'scare' people away so you won't be challenged but I'm not so easily scared. I'm going to continue doing what I'm doing and you know why? Because I have FREEDOM OF SPEECH, chick!

This is the thing about you people that really gets me: you value the life of a stupid animal over that of your fellow man. And for the record, I did eat a steak and I won't have a heart attack from it.

"I don't eat anything that has a mother." ok, but if we follow your lame hippy way of...'thinking' then you actually do. All things come from Mother Earth. Of course another way of thinking is you're eating the food of the 'poor critters' and should stop...I see it this way: You choose to eat plants, fine, I prefer to be natural and eat meat AND veggies. That's the natural order of things. Eating meat is nartural, not eating meat is a choice.

Honestly, if this is the best you people can do...well, I'll let you continue. I won't allow you to continue to threaten the Schumacher's on this blog however. See, on this blog YOU don't have freedom of speech. You can say what I will allow you to say. The only people with freedom of speech here is ME. Don't like it? TOUGHT! Measure 50: BAD!

Alright, here we go again: ANOTHER TAX.
This time, it's smokes. I know, 'smoking is bad' blah-blah-blah...But here's the real deal here: This is a CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT that places a tax on cigarettes. It's forcing smokers to 'pay for the health care of the children' and there you have the most over used phrase in politics today: 'For the children.' I, for one, am sick of hearing about the damned children!
Look, this bill is simply a bad idea and it's no suprise that Oregon is backing it. To force the poor and uneducated to pay for the health care of children in families that make more money than them is wrong. The Democrats claim to love the poor yet are always taxing them, what's that about?
they want to tax cigarettes to pay for the kids health care, sounds like a good idea, right? The money raised also goes towards anit-smoking programs to get people to stop smoking, another good idea, right? It's also hoped that this tax will get more people to stop smoking, great idea...right?
Well, if there are fewer people smoking, then what about 'the children?' What about their health?
And that's just one side of this, another side sounds like this: The Constitution is supposed to showcase the rights and freedoms of the people. Where, exactly, does a tax fit into that? To put a tax in such a document does nothing more than put discrimination in that same document. It's basically saying 'everyone has rights EXCEPT YOU SMOKERS! YOU get to pay more because your habit stinks!' How's that fair?
Look at Portland, Randy Leonard, our very own Napoleon, has banned smoking in some OUTSIDE areas and in January smoking in bars is going to be banned because the 'state leaders' think it's for the best, their lame argument that people who work in bars are forced to breathe in second hand smoke and that's not right is paper thin and very stupid.
I find it sad that in this country, especially in this state, Smokers, AMERICAN SMOKERS are treated much the way illegal aliens aren't. Shouldn't we be treating illegal aliens like the criminals they are and not tax paying American citizens?

Measure 50 is bad law. It forces a tax on a single part of our society. Forcing them to pay for the health care of other people's brats.

I thought it was funny, they are still using the same outdated pictures and the same video that 'exposes' the evils of the fur industry...of course they aren't exactly HONEST about what the video shows, no, because the truth always destroys their argument...but the TRUTH is this video they show was filmed IN CHINA. Yeah, the same China most of the American furriers won't do business with. Of course, Kevin and his crew are gutless wonders because if they actually cared about these stupid animals they would go to China and protest there. And if he was really cool he would let me have a copy of the video showing the Chinese police beating the holy hell out of them for being rude little retards.Something else, I had my first interaction with one of the more...well, let's just say she wasn't a very smart chick...I mentioned to Kevin about how he and his monkeys destroyed a completely legal and legitimate business and this broad says the dumbest thing of the month: That's what people said about the end of slavery.

That's right, folks, SAME ARGUMENTS!!! You people out there reading this who have slavery in your family history need to understand that people like IDA and People for the Execution and Termination of Animals (PETA) see no difference with what happens to a bunch of dumb animals and what happened to those poor people who were sold into slavery many years ago. Slaves are the same as skunks to these people.

Another thing, Kevin mentioned the picture I have on my blog. It's good to know he looks in here from time to time though it's sad he hasn't actually paid any attention to what we say here (naturally for someone of his advanced years to begin to think like an American instead of some 1960's hippy throwback would be damn near impossible, I understand that) it's sad he doesn't understand that what is said here isn't the minority, no, a vast MAJORITY of Americans despise people like him and wish he and his would just shut up and let us live our lives as we see fit.

Anyway, the picture...he said I 'stole' it from him.

I have a few issues with this. First of all, I don't steal. If you want to talk about stealing something, let's look at shumacherfurs.com. This is a site that uses Gregg and Linda's name to promote their ignorance. Yeah, there is a difference: Schumacher and shumacher. Kevin dropped a letter and got away with it. I think he would have gone further and switched a few more letters around and was actually honest about himself and his monkeys: shmucher. Yeah, he's a schmuck.

Beyond that, I was told by KEVIN HIMSELF what I told him I didn't want him to take pictures of me that since I was on a public sidewalk that I was basically public domain.

Well, the picture was taken from a PUBLIC DISPLAY from a store he was unfairly trashing weekly. Also, I doubt he ever got permission from Gregg or Linda to ever use that picture.

I actually did. I have permission from the OWNERS of that piece. That trumps your silly little complaint, Kevin.

And about your "Schumacher faithful" remark, again, I'm not a supporter of their store or their business. I don't wear fur, never have. I just saw some people being unfairly trashed by a bunch of ignorant bullies and I was compelled to show them not everyone was against them, some of us understand the real world.

They happened to be very thankful for that little show of support. God knows they got CRAP from the city.

But I want to take this moment to make a very important statement about me, my blog and the opinions posted here. We call it the way we see it and we use words and phrases that get those views across. Sometimes we aren't politically correct, our policy is to NOT be PC - EVER. When Kevin's cronies would surround me, screaming and swearing at me, calling me all sorts of nasty names I never back down. They thought I would, people like that are used to others walking away but I WILL NOT. And to prove my point about never backing down, despite the opposition, here, FOR ANYONE TO USE, is the picture Kevin thinks he owns:

See, Kevin, the Schumacher's had to play by the unfair rules set by you and your friends at city hall. They were trying to live their lives and keep their business going while you screamed, insulted, assaulted, threatened, harassed, terrorised, and lied about them and their store. I live my life too, which is why I'm not in your way every Saturday. I have a job and a life outside all of this. My point is you and your friends cannot, do no and sure as hell will not EVER intimidate me. It's called freedom of speech and it goes both ways. And on this blog it goes the way I want to it to.

Alright, here in Oregon our 'leaders' believe in one thing: We are smart enough to vote for them but far to stupid to take care of ourselves.

They do this by banning smoking in OUTSIDE places, and in January we can no longer smoke in BARS of all places! Now, I don't smoke, never have, but I really wish people would just leave smokers alone!!!

Here's the latest thing: Measure 50. It would change our states Constitution, adding a tax on a specific product! Yeah, it would increase the price of a pack of smokes for the health care of children.
Yeah...those poor children. And this is not including the tax those damned Democrats want to place on smokes with their S-CHIP or whatever the hell they're calling it program. Yeah, you people out there that want Universal Health Care take heed: Where do you think the government is going to get the money for you health care? TAXES. You really want to pay for the health care of people who are to damned lazy to work? Yeah, I thought so.
Anyway...The CHILDREN...Ok, I'm going on record: I'M SICK OF HEARING ABOUT THE DAMNED CHILDREN!!!! Look, if you are having kids and you can't afford them: STOP HAVING THEM AND GIVE UP THE ONES YOU HAVE. Why the hell should I have to pay for you and your kids? I would much rather have my own health care and take care of myself without the government telling me what doctors I can see and what medical aid I can get.

But here's the thing: according to reports, most of the smokers in this country are poor and under-educated (that's a nice way of saying stupid) yet our Democrat leaders claim to love the poor. If they are so poor friendly why force them to pay more taxes for the health care of children of families who make way more money than they do?
Another thing that's being said is these taxes are also going to make people quit smoking because they won't want to pay more...but WHAT ABOUT THE CHILDREN?! If there are no smokers then where are we going to get the tax money from?
Oh, right...drinkers, meat eaters and other normal people.

Look, I know smoking sucks, all smokers understand it's a nasty habit, so's masturbating but it's fun and legal.
You get that? IT'S LEGAL. You anti-smoking freaks out these listen up: STOP BANNING SMOKING FROM PARKS, BARS, SIDEWALKS, OUTSIDE, AND IN PEOPLES PRIVATE CARS, hell, it's bad enough we're forced to buckle up but come on! Alright, I'm sure everyone has heard about this supposed controversy involving radio genius Rush Limbaugh and his 'phony soldiers' remark. I'm sure we've heard the B.S. and total distortion of Rush's words.

Everyone from some lame-brain group called Media Matters, a group started by and supportive of Hillary Clinton...which means its a VERY honest group, right? HA!! to John Kerry, who served in Vietnam you know, has taken it upon themselves to waste our time and money to condemn Rush's supposed remarks.

Let me break this down for you.

After years of listening to everyone from Michael Moore, Sean Penn, Barbara Streisand, Bette Midler, Rosie O'Donnell, Al Franken to John Kerry (who served in..well, you know) Chuck Schumer, Hillary Clinton, Harry Reid and so on trashing the troops, the military and our country...remember Kerry's remarks about our troops 'terrorizing' innocent Iraqis, remember those comparisons of the Nazis and our brave men and women? Yeah, when THEY are trashing the troops and our country, we just turn a blind eye. Remember the recent MoveOn.org ad? That trashed the man in charge of our troops in Iraq, calling him a 'betrayer' but I suppose that's alright.

So, taking that into context here comes Jesse MacBeth. He's the PHONY SOLDIER in this case. This asshole claimed to have been an Army Ranger. He was in Iraq and had taken part on the 'slaughter' of innocents in a Fallujia mosque. He was awarded a Purple Heart for something...He had taken it upon himself to speak out against the war and became the kook anti-war movements poster boy for utter stupidity.

The problem is he was NEVER AN ARMY RANGER! This moron never even made it out of boot camp! HE IS A PHONY SOLDIER!!!!

This is the guy Rush was talking about. that's all. And it was the TRUTH! The problem is the left doesn't like being made fools of in this country (you'd think they'd be used to it by now) and they have taken it upon themselves to trash Limbaugh.

Let me tell you what this is about: Silence the Right. That's all. They hate the fact that people on the right have one lone outlet for their opinions and they are trying to eliminate it. At the time we sign this letter, 3,808 American soldiers have been killed in Iraq, and another 28,009 have been wounded. 160,000 others awoke this morning on foreign sand, far from home, to face the danger and uncertainty of another day at war.

Although Americans of goodwill debate the merits of this war, we can all agree that those who serve with such great courage deserve our deepest respect and gratitude. That is why Rush Limbaugh’s recent characterization of troops who oppose the war as “phony soldiers” is such an outrage.

Our troops are fighting and dying to bring to others the freedoms that many take for granted. It is unconscionable that Mr. Limbaugh would criticize them for exercising the fundamentally American right to free speech. Mr. Limbaugh has made outrageous remarks before, but this affront to our soldiers is beyond the pale.

The military, like any community within the United States, includes members both for and against the war. Senior generals, such as General John Batiste and Paul Eaton, have come out against the war while others have publicly supported it. A December 2006 poll conducted by the Military Times found just 35 percent of service members approved of President Bush’s handling of the war in Iraq, compared to 42 percent who disapproved. From this figure alone, it is clear that Mr. Limbaugh’s insult is directed at thousands of American service members. Active and retired members of our armed forces have a unique perspective on the war and offer a valuable contribution to our national debate. In August, seven soldiers wrote an op-ed expressing their concern with the current strategy in Iraq. Tragically, since then, two of those seven soldiers have made the ultimate sacrifice in Iraq.

Thousands of active troops and veterans were subjected to Mr. Limbaugh’s unpatriotic and indefensible comments on your broadcast. We trust you will agree that not a single one of our sons, daughters, neighbors and friends serving overseas is a “phony soldier.” We call on you to publicly repudiate these comments that call into question their service and sacrifice and to ask Mr. Limbaugh to apologize for his comments.

I understand you have taken to wasting my time and money by taking part in a personal attack on a private citizen who criticized a person who claimed to be an Army Ranger but who, in fact, never made it out of boot camp.
We have to many actually issues to deal with, furthering our success in the War on Terror, preventing illegal criminal aliens from continuing to break our laws, LOWERING OUR TAXES and so on...but you and your fellow liberal friends actually have the nerve to attack Rush Limbaugh for simply calling a spade a spade?!

Ten Hispanic immigrants filed a lawsuit on Wednesday against a Connecticut city, its mayor and police chief, and federal agents who led a crackdown on illegal immigration last year.
The suit filed in U.S. District Court in New Haven, Connecticut, claims the arrests violated the civil rights of nine workers and a 10th man who was stopped at a traffic light, including their right to due legal process, free speech and freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures, according to court documents.
It is the latest legal challenge to crackdowns on illegal immigrants, as localities nationwide grapple with how to handle their status.
The lawsuit claims undercover police in Danbury, Connecticut, lured the workers into a van by posing as contractors looking for day laborers...
"They treated me like a violent criminal and all I was trying to do was find work," [plaintiff Juan] Berrera added...
The plaintiffs, represented by Yale University law students, claim the U.S. Constitution protects the civil rights of all people in the United States. The attorneys would not discuss their clients' immigration status or their countries of origin.
Danbury Mayor Mark Boughton vowed to defend the city.
Boughton, a Republican, is a well-known crusader against illegal immigration. Two years ago, he wanted Connecticut State Police find illegal workers and turn them over to the U.S. immigration agency for deportation. Connecticut Gov. Jodi Rell rejected the request.

RENO, Nev — Federal agents raided 11 McDonald's restaurants in northern Nevada and made dozens of arrests Thursday as part of an investigation into illegal immigration.
Agents for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement made at least 56 arrests in Reno, Sparks and Fernley after raids at the restaurants and a franchise corporate headquarters in Reno, agency spokesman Richard Rocha said.
"They are people suspected of being in the country illegally. As far as I know, they were all McDonald's employees," he told The Associated Press.
The investigation began five months ago and was sparked by an identity theft complaint, Rocha said. A local law enforcement agency then gave ICE information that illegal immigrants were working at specific McDonald's restaurants, he said.
Luther Mack, who owns at least some of the restaurants that were raided, insisted that his businesses require employees to provide documentation.
"As an employer, I do not knowingly hire or employ undocumented or unauthorized workers," Mack said in a statement.
Lisa Howard, a spokeswoman for McDonald's Corp., based in Oak Brook, Ill., said the company had no comment on the arrests.
"This is a local situation with a local operator," she said.
The raids drew immediate criticism from Reno Mayor Bob Cashell and activists, who estimated the number of arrests to be closer to 100.
The mayor joined a news conference area Hispanic leaders and members of the American Civil Liberties Union called in front of the federal courthouse late Thursday.
"We don't approve of the Gestapo methods ICE is using," said Gilbert Cortez, a Latino leader who urged Hispanic workers to stay home from work in protest Friday.
Cashell, a Republican and former lieutenant governor, said that if identity theft was involved, that was wrong, and that he opposed a protest that would keep workers at home on Friday.
He said he would contact Nevada's congressional delegation and ask the city council to look into the raids. He said that he opposes illegal immigration, as well as immunity for illegal immigrants, but that "there has to be a better way to do this."
"Think of some of the people who were arrested and picked up; they have children. They don't know where their mama or their daddy is. That's not right."
ICE was working with Washoe County social services to help provide care for children, Rocha said. The detainees were allowed to telephone their family during the processing, he said.
The workers arrested were being processed Thursday night and will be transferred to an unidentified local detention center to await deportation proceedings, Rocha said.
The ICE has made several raids in recent months, including large ones at meatpacker Swift & Co., poultry plant Crider Inc. and leather factory Michael Bianco Inc.
Social service advocates said arrests in March at the Michael Bianco factory in New Bedford, Mass., created a humanitarian crisis, with some children left with no one to care for them.

He says that he "opposes illegal immigration, as well as immunity for illegal immigrants, but that "there has to be a better way to do this." Mm-hmm...what better way is there than ENFORCING THE LAW AND PUNISHING THOSE WHO BREAK IT? What, are we supposed to slap them on the wrist, give them a taco and hope they leave? NO!! Arrest and deport the fuckers!!!
And this bullshit about the "humanitarian crisis" where the children of these illegals are left with no one to cafe for them. Why is there never any concern for the fact that their parents are breaking federal law by being here and in doing to they themselves create this supposed crisis? LONG TWO WEEKS!!!!

Alright, just so no one thinks I'm ignoring them, I've been working everyday for the last 2 weeks. I worked 68 hours last week and I'm getting 56 this week. I haven't had a lot of time for ANYTHING other than work and sleep. There are people I'm wanting to get ahold of out there but my recent schedule isn't very friendly lately.

1) I'm not even going to waste much time on this. Our "Mayor," you know, Tommy Potter...the man who called us all racists for not liking his stupid idea of a day laborer camp that makes it easier for illegal criminal aliens to get jobs, GREW A BEARD!!! Oh my golly gosh!!! A grown man grew a beard! Why do I mention this? Well, here in Bizarro Land, aka Portland, OR., a grown man growing a beard makes the news. Think I'm kidding? Look at the picture. The FRONT PAGE of the Oregonian on September 13, 2007 actually covered this! "PDX loves hairy Potter" claims the headline. This is stupid beyond belief. The ONLY reason this makes the news is because Potter is the worst excuse for a mayor I have ever seen. He supports the rights of ILLEGAL CRIMINAL ALIENS and TERRORISTS, he refuses to allow people to have good paying jobs by denying Wal*Mart a place to open here, he allows for tax-paying Americans to be treated like shit only because they smoke yet does NOTHING about the homeless assholes who stink this city up and wouldn't protect a legal business when they needed the city to aid them. Ginny Burdick: Dumb as Tom Potter?

Yeah, I know, how the hell could anyone be as dumb as Tom Potter...Well Sen. Ginny Burdick, yes, she's a Democrat, is against the people having more of their money.
See, here in Oregon we have a kicker law. From what I understand what this means is if the state takes in it's projected amount in tax monies plus 2% then, we the people, get that surplus back. It's in the State Constitution.

Living in a state run by loony libs and dems though, that sort of thing doesn't mean much. Our..."Governor" Teddy G. wanted to KEEP the kicker money, basically ignoring the law and telling us we had to give of ourselves for a 'rainy day fund' for the state. Never mind all the stupid crap the city and state spend money on already (Tram? Day LaberCamp?), no, we can't expect the government officials to actually give of themselves and maybe take a pay cut or something, no, WE had to give.
Many cried foul, myself included, and the governor actually ran on it and, remember this is a liberal state, WON RE-ELECTION.
Well, the people FINALLY get their way and the state has decided to allow us to have some of OUR money back in the form of kicker checks that will be mailed to us by December 15, 2007. Naturally, not everyone is happy with this.
Ginny Burdick (D-Tigard) is a State Senator who is against the people having their money. Yeah, and it should come as no suprise she was part of the group who wanted to ban smoking in all indoor workplaces including bars and taverns. Yeah, we can't be allowed to LIVE OUR OWN LIVES and KEEP OUR OWN MONEY because fools like Burdick see to think we are total boobs!
"People have the right to work without putting themselves in jeopardy," is what Sen. Brad Avakian, D-Portland said of the smoking ban...obviously we are FORCING people to work in smokey bars and they have no choice but to work there...right.
So, the people are getting their money back, which is ALWAYS a good thing and dumbasses like Ginny Burdick are all pissed about it.

Look at it this way: Any time a politician gets pissed that the people are getting their own money back means America is having a good day. Don't let them fool you into thinking "we can't afford to allow this kicker or tax cut" because all that means is they don't want to take less moeny than they were expecting to.

It's not like anyone actually needs things like drugs to control high blood pressure, anaesthetics, blood transfusions, insulin for diabetes, penicillin, Leukaemis treatments, or medicines for the following: Alzheimer's disease, blindness, cystic fibrosis, multiple sclerosis, parkinson's disease or HIV/AIDS treatments. I can see how that wouldn't effect ANYONE, right? Fact is animal research is allowing, at least, MILLIONS of people EVEN SOME OF MATT'S FRIENDS continue to live. We should be thanking those animals and thos researchers for allowing so many of our loved ones to live.

Yeah, we all know how the so-called 'animal rights' crowd sees things. Animals are the victims, but only those who are 'cute' and 'cuddly' and they have rights...the same rights, and in many cases, MORE rights than you or I...they basically think your dog has more rights and more say in things than your 10 year old.
Yeah, these people are pretty stupid. Personally, I think animals not only have no righhs, but haven't EARNED any rights.

See, rights are what you fight for, what you think about and what you feel deeply about. Animals don't do any of that. Most of them spend much of their time sniffing each other's asses and licking their own asses rather than parade down Main Street, USA demanding equal treatment.

But, animal rights nuts don't see it that way. They are the 'calm, peaceful' people who are the 'voice for those with no voice,' they see themselves to be as much of a victim as the animals they are supposedly protecting.
And the say things like this:
