Gregg and Linda have filed a lawsuit against a number of the protesters aas well as the PETA, IDA and ALF assholes and the city 'leaders'

Naturally, Matty's friends have and are trying their best to spin this to make themselves look like the victims here. After all, they are doing nothing more than looking out for these poor defensless animals, right?

Alright, I'm going to be using their very site, portlandindymedia.org (a site that proclaims to be independent but is apparently using some new definition of the word 'independent' I'm not familiar with yet) and more specifically, the thread begun by one Jayson Dunlap. Jayson has posted the complaints by Gregg, Linda and others including their suits on this silly little site and have allowed the 'independent' site to comment on it.

Here is one such post dated April 24, 2007:

After 18 months of weekly (and sometimes daily) anti-fur demonstrations outside of Schumacher Furs and Outerwear in downtown Portland, owners Gregg and Linda Schumacher filed a federal lawsuit against the City of Portland, In Defense of Animals, the Animal Liberation Front, PETA, and several named and unnamed individuals. The Schumachers seek damages for violation of their free speech and equal protection rights, as well as an injunction limiting the "time, place and manner" of demonstrations during the remaining weeks of their canceled lease.
Papers filed in the District Court of Oregon reveal that Portland police officers and elected officials have blamed Gregg and Linda Schumacher for escalating confrontations with the demonstrators. In a March 2006 email to Commissioner Randy Leonard attached as an exhibit to the lawsuit, Portland police Commander Dave Benson wrote that, while "a minority of the protestors have engaged in objectionable behavior", the demonstrators are "well within First Amendment speech right[s]" and are "generally very nice people that have very strong beliefs about selling fur". Benson noted that arrests had been made.

Alright, before I let this little post finish, I HAVE to comment here. A 'monority of the protestors have engaged in objectionable behavior?!' I'm sorry, when did writting vulgar and slanderous language on the sidewalk, walking around in next to NOTHING covering their nasty bodies and allowing 'women' to walk around TOPLESS on a busy sidewalk on a Saturday afternoon become acceptable? This must be the time where we make up new definitions of words we've known for years. Minority must now mean 'most of them.' And 'generally very nice people?' BULLSHIT. These people are some of the most obnoxious, vulgar, foul-mouth ass-hats I've ever seen with my own two eyes! All you have to do is disagree with them and they unleash with a barrage of obscenities that would make any sailor proud! Nice my achin' ass!

After meeting with the Schumachers and protest organizers, Commissioner Leonard concluded that the Schumachers "are an integral part of the problem". Leonard also told the Oregonian newspaper that "they didn't burn bridges — they blew them up".

Ok, let me tell you about this Randy Leonard dipshit. This is the guy who wants to and has been able to BAN SMOKING OUTSIDE. Yes, OUTSIDE where there are no walls or windows to confine the smoke. This rocket scientist is on record saying that they 'righst of smokers end where his nose begins' which I find funny considering how his nose seems to be right up the protestors ASSES!

And let's talk about First Ammendment here. The First Ammendment allows you, me, everyone who is a LEGAL American, the right to say whatever you want. That is a cool thing and I promote it here with every post. Now, what the First Ammendment DOESN'T allow for is the right to be heard. This means that these protesting ASSHOLES have the right to say what they want but they DON'T have the right to be heard or force others to listen to them. If they don't like fur, fine, they have the right to protest against it. IF THAT IS ALL THEY ARE DOING that is fine. However, these people have taken it much further than that with their SCREAMING and SINGING and CHANTING and FOLLOWING CUSTOMERS FROM THE STORE TO THEIR CARS to FOLLOWING FAMILIES FOR BLOCKS. This isn't peaceful protest and this isn't a minority of them. Randy Leonard and the other City Pussies have shown their utter stupidity here and their near total lack of understanding of this situation. Coddle the protestors and allow them to shut down whatever business they don't like is their creedo. That's not a suprise coming from people who go out of their way to prevent Wal*Mart from coming to the city.
In doing what these protestors have been doing, and what I've been chronicling here on this blog, they have shown their desire to override everyone else's First Ammendment rights as long as they are allowed to.

I think it's high time someone starts shining the light of ass-hats like Randy Leonard and Sam Adams and it just so happens my flashlight has fresh batteries.

I voted for Tom Potter and Sam Adams. I admit this and I also admit this was a HUGE mistake. It's also one I'm not going to be making again and I know MANY others who won't either.

We Are Peaceful

This is the bullshit line used by Matt "I'm being sued" Rossell is using on the radio and in any interview the media will give him (Why don't they ask ME any question?!) and I just HAVE to remind him, his trained monkeys, the media and the pussies in city hall of a few things.

Stuff like drawing shit like "YOUR MOMMEY KILLS ANIMALS" on the sidewalk. This wasn't even the full drawing. The full drawing showed a 'mommy' holding a bloodied animal or something of the sort. This seem 'peaceful' to you? Imagine walking down the sidewalk with your 10 year old and having to explain THIS this to him or her.



Peaceful...is that what you call it when Matt (in the green coat HOLDING HIS BABY ON A COLD DAY) follows 2 elderly women from the store (crossing the street in the picture) telling them HIS opinion of the fur industry when all they wanted to to make a purchase? Where does Matt get off harrassing people like this? These women WANTED to get a fur coat, they didn't give two shits about his stupid opinion. Matt should have been more concerned with his childs health. this was was cold, note the coats and Matts hat, he was holding his very young child, who did NOT have a very warm looking coat on, outside ALL DAY. I'm sure his child would have rather worn fur than frezze its little ass off.


Peaceful. Is it considered 'peaceful' when you SURROUND a man who did nothing more than disagree with you? Well, the radio just had the announcement that I, for one, have been waiting for ever since this bullshit started:

The Schumachers accuse four named protesters, two international animal-rights groups -- In Defense of Animals and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals -- and 20 unnamed protesters of helping to drive the 112-year-old company out of business at 811 S.W. Morrison St.
Their complaint accuses the city of Portland of failing to protect the business and names the Animal Liberation Front -- which the FBI describes as a domestic terrorist group -- as one of their tormenters.
Noisy protesters, including bare-breasted women, have held Saturday vigils at the downtown store for more than a year, chanting, picketing, cursing at customers and store employees and spilling red paint, feces and urine on or around the building, according to a brief filed on behalf of the Schumachers.

One of those 2 unnamed protestors is MATT ROSSELL (in photo holding his toy) the other I'm not sure of but I have a good idea who it is. What's going on, Blue Jay? ANYWAY, Matt was on the radio talking about how the Schumacher's are overreacting to the protests, that they were peaceful. Huh...HERE is the Schumacher's Furs website. Below the photo there, on the left, are some videos showing the typical protest. Watch them all and you decided for yourself if A)this is Peaceful B) something you want your children involved with C) these are the sort of people you want telling you what to eat and wear.

Matt, you are a damned LIAR. Peaceful my achin' ass. If I remember right, last time we had it out you were screaming at me that I was a RACIST. What exactly THAT has to do with animals is beyond me but you've shown that you neither think or care about others.

PETA is mentioned as well, gee, Matt's former employers. The source of a majority of the bullshit signs and videos Matt uses outside the store. PETA, of course, being the so-called animal rights groupd that hates humans and would rather see a child die of AIDS if it meant testing cures on rats.

The city is mentioned. This is good because the city IGNORED Gregg's pleas for help and went out of their way to protect the rights of the assholes outside the store.

Interesting things...

I was listening to the radio today and they were talking about Schumacher's and there was a remark from Matt Rossell...

He claims that the Schumacher's are 'overreacting' to the protests, that the protests are 'peaceful.'

Matt, honestly, how can you live with yourself? That is a bold-faced LIE. I know you have no problems with lying but to say something so blatently WRONG on the radio, WOW! It's almost like you were working for Air America!

I think I'm going to have to pull out the pictures I have taken personally to show exactly what these peaceful protests are like. It's really to bad I can't put videos with the screaming, swearing and just plain obscene bullshit Matt Rossell has promoted and encouraged during the protests lead by HIM.

For example...the picture to the left. This is what they put on public display outside the Schumacher's store EVERYDAY. So, it's alright for young children to have to see this shit? You cann putting pictures like this on a public sidewalk an act of peace? This is obscene. Oh, and you'll notice on the bottom of the picture the logo for PETA. Interesting, I thought these ass-hats weren't part of that group of animal killing psychos?

Something else to consider, if we are so damned concerned about the poor animals, then why are they using PLASTIC to cover their sad little signs? Don't they realize that plastic is supposedly destroying the enviornment? And the paper used for their signs, that comes from trees. Trees are these neat things that ANIMALS live in. To, they have made who knows how many animals homeless just to make a sad, stupid little sign.

Ah, a NEW SIGN!!! "Man's best friends are skinned alive for FUR IN CHINA" This one is an IDA sign. Another group Matt no longer 'works' with, even though he wears their jacket and uses their bullshit signs as well. Ok, so China...Let's focus on this part first. If this is happening in CHINA then why not go THERE and protest? Why terrorize a local business in PORTLAND...OREGON...AMERICA...?! If the problem is in China, Matt, the GO TO CHINA AND MAKE SOMETHING HAPPEN. ok, now let's talk about this picture. Now, if you look at the whole sign you will think this dog was killed for it's fur and that's that. Naturally, that's a bad thing. HOWEVER...these pictures are, like EVERYTHING else Matt and his butt-headed friends use, are OUT OF CONTEXT. How do we know this dog was killed for it's fur? I mean Matt is on record saying he lies. Why should we believe him on anything he says?

Now, this is the fun part. I was taking pictures of these signs today, JUST the signs and I happened to look up and see the asshole in the next picture taking pictures of me! Now, I wasn't taking pictures of him, I didn't need to. I just wanted pictures of the signs then I was going to be on my way. This, ladies and gentlemen, is BLUE JAY. Yes, this is what a grown man who calls himself Blue Jay looks like. Naturally, it's not his real name. His real name is Kevin. But just so we don't confuse anyone here, let's just call him BJ. That's because he SUCKS! So, BJ was taking pictures of me and I wanted to document the act so I took this one of him and told him I didn not want him taking pictures of me. He actually ARGUED with me. He told me he was allowed to. BJ, let me explain to you here the way I did to your nasty, hippy face. When you are told by someone to NOT take a picture of them, YOU ARE NOT TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THEM. Your bullshit line that I'm out in public and so you can take any pictures of me that you want needs to be corrected. I TOLD YOU SPECIFICALLY NOT TO TAKE PICTURES OF ME. That is when YOU are supposed to stop. Ass. See, I am allowed to take pictures of your signs, THEY are on displayed on the street. That makes them open for pictures. Then he not only took video of me, he announced to me he was going to put it on a website. Ok, fine, I hope you picked up my clear and direct words telling you I did not want my pictures taken and I hope you got a REAL clear shot of my middle finger. Well, seems the 'animal rights' nuts are trying to dominate our lives in many more ways. Now, it seems, we meat eaters are causing global warming.Yeah, I guess some study was done that 'proves' the making a steak causes more pollution than eating plants.I guess we are overlooking the fact that plants actually produce oxygen and that eating them is probably doing damage. And, well...Look, just because the whole global warming thing is finally being exposed for the bullshit that is is doesn't mean you need to try to scare us with new bullshit that you people just happened to discover. Carbon offsets? Carbon footprints? What the hell are these and where did they come from?I think it's funny that these 'experts' you know, Algore's (pronounced Egore) friends keep doing these stupid studies telling us how badly we are ruining this world, the Supreme Court just a few days ago declared that BREATHING causes pollution!!!But what about the pollution that is caused by these studies?Seriously, think about this: They must travel to get information (car pollution), they must take notes (paper comes from trees and computers like laptops use energy that causes pollution)Hell, the laptops they use come from factories that use energy and cause pollution to make the damned laptops...not to mention the discs they save their information on and the talking they must to to share this information (now that breathing is bad for the world)I mean, sheesh, these people are polluting bastards!!! Well, thanks to the inaction of the city of portland, because the 'mayor' Tom Potter and certain city commissioners like, oh, SAM ADAMS are complete and total spineless pussies, the Schumachers are being forced to close their store.
It's funny how the city claims to be all about supporting local businesses when, in fact, THEY DON'T. It's a crock and they know it.

The city owes Gregg and Linda Schumacher an apology and a straight forward answer as to why they refused to do anything to control Matty's monkey brigade.
The city should also apologize to those of us who live in Portland who were subjected to Mattys bullshit, obscene signs, flabby-titted half-naked protesting sluts, loud-mouthed wanna be cheerleaders, old wrinkly dog-ugly brain dead womem (actually just the one), some asshole who actually calls himself BLUE JAY and of course, mattys brainwashed ice princess Skye. We deserve explinations and apologies for over a year of Mattys bullshit.
I also feel, no, I also demand that the city tell us what they intend to to against future stupidity. I mean, I know Portland is all about protesting, I think it's something in the water myself that makes everyone here so retarded but...

True, Gregg and Linda Schumacher, you (the woman who said that) and the other employees of Schumacher Furs don't actually anally electrocute, gas, trap and kill, beat to death or skin alive the animals whose skins are stolen from them for fashion but you do promote it, you do what you can to create a demand for it, and you profit (although it seems not as much as desired) from the suffering of the animals in life and the suffering they experience as they are killed. How are you different from those who do the dirty and bloody work of slaughtering the animals and removing their skins? Your role is one part of what is a cruel industry. Gregg and Linda Schumacher, and the rest of the Schumacher Furs employees, it seems that you want to wash your hands clean of the misery experienced by the animals whose skins you are selling but the blood is on your hands too.

Ok, this makes the claim that the Schumachers, while not the 'killers' of these animals, they are part of the chain by promoting fur and 'create a demand for' fur. Um, not even close. The demand in there. PEOPLE WANT TO WEAR FUR. It's fashionable and people want it. The Schumachers simply PROVIDE an in demand product. See, matty and you monkey shits, what you don't seem to realize here is this is the United States of America. We live in what is called a Consumer culture. This means we have the freedom to buy whatever the hell we want.

Funny They Should Say This...

Ok, so let's, once again, make fools of these morons. Why do I continue to do this? Well, because SOMEONE HAS TO....besides, it's FUN and EASY!!!

Here we go....They use this sign to imply that the Schumachers, people who wear fur and people who raise animals for their fur are terrorists because they "abuse animals."

Hmmmm....lesse....The people who raise these animals are raising them for a specific purpose. It's no different than raising cows for their milk or beef, pigs for pork or trees for, well, whatever you can make out of a tree. Now, the problem with this way of "thinking" is that Matty, Blue Jay...bluejay? how can a grown man call himself that?!...Skye and the other shitheads don't look at this realistically. I know, it's impossible for them but they should try it. If animals are put under stressed conditions for long periods of time they tend to get sick and they also tend to lose their fur. Now, it you are raising an animal for its fur, wouldn't you want that thing to be healthy and produce a healthy coat? Makes more money and more sense. So, MOST of the fur farms do, indeed, take care of their animals. Ever wonder where Matty, PETA and other morons get their videos? Ever wonder how they are always 'in the right place and the right time' and just happen to get the footage they need? Ever wonder how much of it is staged?

Matty likes to say there are no laws in place for the fur industry. This, of course, is bullshit. There are many laws. He will then tell you 'they aren't enforced' this is because he 'witnessed' this first hand. Right, whatever matty. You have no proof. You have to case.

Terrorism is a term used to describe violence or other harmful acts committed (or threatened) against civilians by groups or persons for political or ideological goals (fear in latin).[1] Most definitions of terrorism include only those acts which are intended to create fear or "terror", are perpetrated for an ideological goal (as opposed to a "madman" attack), and deliberately target "non-combatants".
As a form of unconventional warfare, terrorism is sometimes used when attempting to force political change by: convincing a government or population to agree to demands to avoid future harm or fear of harm, destabilization of an existing government, motivating a disgruntled population to join an uprising, escalating a conflict in the hopes of disrupting the status quo, expressing the severity of a grievance, or drawing attention to a neglected cause.

Now, how does the buying and selling of fur coats call into this at all?

Ok, now try this, here is a link to the Schumacher's website for their very nice store. This link contains video footage of various protests by Matt Rossell and his friends from IDA and ALF. I must warn you these protests are far from peacful and sensible. These people are vile, vulgar and offensive in every way thinkable. Watch these videos and think about the word and definition above. Also add to this the previous post by Blue Jay...huh...wherein he gives contact information to a local mall and suggests people 'warn' them about their protests if they should let the Schumacher's move their store there. I say 'warn' but it's really a threat.

Gotta wonder

I still haven't had an answer to any of my questions from Matt's monkeys.

WHY are they still terrorizing the Schumachers even though they have DESTROYED a business that has been around for 4 generations?
WHY don't they simply say ok we accomplished our goal, we lied and bullied and got what we wanted: We destroyed the lives of people who we never knew before simply to save some stupid animals...or at least that's what they tell themselves to make them feel better.

WHY does Skye walk around like she has a stick or an icicle stuck up her ass? LIGHTEN UP, CHICK!!! or get some new batteries or something.
WHY does Blue Jay...blue jay?...stand in front of the store EVERYDAY with his stupid little signs and yet when I ask him about it, I'm the one in the wrong?

Look, these people are some of the worst I've ever had the displeasure of knowing. My feelings are hurt daily just knowing they are allowed to breathe the same air I do.
